These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and One Level Up (“we”, “us”), the provider of Flirt Like Pro, and govern your use of flirtlike.pro and our services (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Flirt Like Pro is an AI texting coach. It suggests replies, opening lines, bios, date ideas and other text, gives feedback on messages and dating profiles, and lets you practise conversations with AI personas. Suggestions are generated by artificial intelligence and are suggestions only — you decide what, if anything, to send. The Service never sends messages on your behalf.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live, if higher) to use the Service. By using it you confirm that you are. You may not use the Service in connection with any person under 18.

3. Your account

You must give accurate information when you sign up and keep your password secure. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account. Tell us straight away at hello@flirtlike.pro if you think someone else has accessed it. Accounts are personal and may not be shared, sold or transferred.

4. Subscriptions, billing and cancellation

• Plans. Access to the Service requires a paid subscription. Current plans and prices are shown on our pricing page.
• Automatic renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly, every 6 months or yearly) at the then-current price until you cancel. By subscribing, you authorise us and PayPal to charge your chosen payment method on each renewal.
• Cancelling. You can cancel at any time in your PayPal account (automatic payments) or by contacting us. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
• Price changes. If we change the price of your plan, we will tell you in advance and the new price will apply from your next renewal. You can cancel before then if you do not agree.
• Taxes and currency. Prices are shown in US dollars. Your bank or PayPal may apply currency conversion or other fees, and applicable taxes may be added.
• No refunds. All payments are non-refundable, and by subscribing you waive any 14-day or other cancellation period to the fullest extent permitted by law. See section 15 (Refunds and cancellation).

5. Fair use

Plans include unlimited replies for normal personal use. To keep the Service fast and fair for everyone, we apply reasonable limits (for example on how many requests can be made per minute) and may restrict accounts that use automated tools, scrape the Service, resell access or otherwise use it far beyond normal personal use.

6. Your content and other people’s information

• You own your content. You keep any rights you have in the text, screenshots, chats and photos you submit (“Your Content”). You give us a limited licence to store and process Your Content, including through our AI providers, only to provide and secure the Service.
• Other people’s messages. Screenshots and chat exports usually include messages from other people. You may only upload content you are lawfully entitled to share for your own personal use. Remove sensitive details (phone numbers, addresses, financial information, intimate images) before uploading.
• Photos. Only upload photos of yourself for profile reviews. Do not upload photos of other people without their permission, or any sexual or explicit images.
• AI output. Subject to these Terms, you may use the suggestions the Service gives you for your personal, non-commercial use. Similar suggestions may be given to other users.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• harass, threaten, stalk, deceive, pressure or manipulate anyone, or to get around someone’s refusal, boundaries or lack of consent;
• contact, flirt with or create content involving anyone under 18;
• impersonate another person, run romance scams, catfish, or ask anyone for money;
• create sexual, hateful, violent or illegal content;
• violate the rules of any dating app or platform you use;
• break the law, infringe anyone’s rights, or upload malware;
• copy, scrape, reverse engineer, overload or interfere with the Service, or access it with bots or automated scripts;
• resell or share access to the Service.

We may remove content and suspend or close accounts that break these rules, and we may report illegal activity to the authorities.

8. No guarantees about outcomes

Dating depends on people, not software. We do not guarantee matches, replies, dates, relationships or any other result, and AI suggestions can be inaccurate, inappropriate or unsuitable for your situation. Use your own judgement before sending anything, and always respect the other person. The Service is not relationship counselling, therapy, or legal, medical or safety advice. If you feel unsafe, contact local emergency services.

9. Our intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, text, logos and the Flirt Like Pro name, belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by law. These Terms do not give you any rights in it except the right to use the Service as described here.

10. Third-party services

The Service relies on third parties such as OpenAI (AI processing) and PayPal (payments). Their services are governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for them. Links to other websites are provided for convenience only.

11. Suspension and termination

You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from Account settings. We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms, if required by law, or if continuing would harm the Service or other users. If we close your account because you broke these Terms, no refund is due.

12. Disclaimer

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. We do not promise that the Service will always be available or error-free.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, goodwill, relationships or opportunities, arising from your use of the Service or from messages you choose to send. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory rights as a consumer.

14. Indemnity

You agree to compensate us for any claims, losses or costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Service, Your Content, or your breach of these Terms or of anyone’s rights.

15. Refunds and cancellation

• All payments are non-refundable. Flirt Like Pro is a digital service you can use as soon as you subscribe, so all payments are final. This includes the first payment, every renewal, partly used billing periods, unused time after you cancel, and plans you no longer use. We do not give refunds for change of mind, dissatisfaction with the AI suggestions, or forgetting to cancel before a renewal.
• No cancellation (withdrawal) period. When you subscribe, you ask us to give you access immediately and agree that the Service is supplied from that moment. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you waive any right to cancel and get a refund within 14 days, or any other “cooling-off” period that might otherwise apply to online purchases.
• Cancelling. You can cancel at any time in your PayPal account (automatic payments) or by emailing hello@flirtlike.pro. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for, and the current period is not refunded.
• Billing errors. If you think you were charged by mistake — for example twice for the same period — email us within 30 days of the charge with the date, amount and your PayPal transaction ID, and we will investigate and correct any genuine billing error.
• Chargebacks. Please contact us before opening a PayPal dispute or chargeback. Opening one without contacting us may lead to your account being suspended while it is reviewed.
• Your statutory rights. Nothing in this section removes rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded by agreement.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We will change the date above and, for significant changes, notify you by email or on the website before they take effect. If you keep using the Service after the changes take effect, you accept the new Terms; if you do not agree, cancel your subscription and stop using the Service.

17. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Before starting any formal dispute, please contact us at hello@flirtlike.pro so we can try to resolve it informally. Subject to any mandatory consumer protection laws of the country where you live (which will still apply to you), the courts of India have jurisdiction over any dispute.

18. General

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a right is not a waiver of it. You may not transfer these Terms; we may transfer them as part of a reorganisation or sale of the business. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us about the Service.
