Privacy Policy
Last updated: 7 October 2026
Flirt Like Pro (“Flirt Like Pro”, “we”, “us”) is a product of One Level Up. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect when you use flirtlike.pro and our services (the “Service”), why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices and rights you have.
If you have any questions, email us at hello@flirtlike.pro.
1. Who is responsible for your data
One Level Up is the data controller (or “data fiduciary”) for personal data processed through the Service. You can contact us, including our Grievance Officer, at hello@flirtlike.pro.
2. The data we collect
Information you give us
- Account details: your name, email address and password.
- Content you submit: messages you paste, screenshots you upload, WhatsApp chat exports you import, drafts you check, bios and profile details you enter, photos you upload for a profile review, and the names you give your conversations.
- Conversation settings: the goal, reply style and dating app you choose for each conversation.
- Messages to us: anything you send when you contact support.
Information created when you use the Service
- AI results: the replies, tips, progress and short notes (for example “loves hiking”) that the Service generates for your conversations.
- Subscription records: your plan, its dates, the amount paid and your PayPal subscription ID. We do not receive or store your card or bank details — PayPal handles those.
- Technical data: your IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, and the date and time of your requests. When you sign up we use your IP address to work out your country and store the country code (for example “US”) on your account.
- Cookies: see section 8.
Information about other people
Screenshots, pasted messages and chat exports usually contain messages written by other people, and sometimes their names or photos. We process this content only to provide the Service to you. Please read section 6 of our Terms: you must only upload content you are entitled to share, and you should remove anything sensitive (such as phone numbers, addresses or explicit images) before uploading.
3. How we use your data
- To provide the Service — creating your account, generating replies, tips and other results, remembering your conversations, and running the tools you use.
- To process payments — starting, verifying and managing your subscription through PayPal.
- To keep the Service safe — preventing fraud and abuse, enforcing fair-use limits and our Terms, and keeping logs needed for security.
- To communicate with you — account emails such as email verification, receipts and important changes to the Service. We only send marketing emails where the law allows, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
- To improve the Service — understanding, in aggregate, how features are used (see section 8).
- To comply with the law — for example keeping payment records for tax and accounting.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use your conversations to target advertising.
4. Legal bases (EEA, UK and similar laws)
- Contract — to provide the Service you signed up for, including AI processing of the content you submit.
- Legitimate interests — to keep the Service secure, prevent abuse, measure how it is used (analytics) and improve it, where those interests are not overridden by your rights.
- Consent — for any optional marketing. You can withdraw consent at any time.
- Legal obligation — to keep records required by law.
In India, we process personal data on the basis of your consent, given when you create an account and use the Service, and for the legitimate uses permitted by the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
5. Who we share data with
We share personal data only with service providers that help us run the Service, under contracts that require them to protect it, and only as much as they need:
- OpenAI — processes the text, screenshots and photos you submit to generate results. Under OpenAI’s API terms, data sent through its API is not used to train its models by default and is kept for a limited period for abuse monitoring.
- PayPal — processes your payments and subscriptions under its own privacy policy.
- ipinfo.io and Cloudflare — help us determine your country from your IP address.
- Google Analytics — measures how the website is used.
- Our hosting and email providers — store data and send account emails on our behalf.
We may also disclose data if required by law, to protect the rights and safety of our users or others, or as part of a sale or reorganisation of the business (in which case this policy will continue to apply to your data).
6. International transfers
Our providers may process data in countries other than yours, including the United States and India. Where the law requires, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
7. How long we keep data
- Conversations, screenshots and imported chats — until you delete the conversation or your account. Deleting a conversation removes its messages and uploaded screenshots from our systems.
- Profile review photos — deleted immediately after the review is generated.
- Vibe check, practice mode and bio tool inputs — not stored by us after the result is shown.
- Your account — until you delete it. When you delete your account we delete your conversations and uploads and remove your name and email from your account record.
- Payment records — kept for as long as tax and accounting laws require (usually up to 8 years), even after your account is deleted.
- Security logs — kept for a limited period, normally no longer than 12 months.
8. Cookies
By using the Service you agree to our use of cookies as described here:
- Essential cookies keep you signed in and protect forms from forgery. The Service cannot work without them.
- Analytics cookies (Google Analytics) help us understand how visitors use the website, such as which pages are visited and how long people stay. We ask Google to anonymise IP addresses.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics on all websites with Google’s opt-out browser add-on. Blocking essential cookies will stop you from signing in.
9. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you and get a copy of it;
- correct inaccurate data;
- delete your data — you can delete any conversation yourself, and delete your whole account from Account settings;
- object to or restrict certain processing, and withdraw consent;
- receive your data in a portable format;
- nominate someone to exercise your rights if you die or become incapacitated (India);
- complain to your local data protection authority (for India, the Data Protection Board of India).
To use any of these rights, email hello@flirtlike.pro from the email address on your account. We will reply within 30 days, or sooner where the law requires.
California residents: we do not sell or “share” personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising, and we do not use sensitive personal information to infer characteristics about you. You have the rights to know, delete and correct your information, and we will not discriminate against you for using them.
10. Children
The Service is only for adults aged 18 or over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has created an account, contact us and we will delete it.
11. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access controls. No online service is completely secure, so please use a unique password and keep it private.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will change the “Last updated” date above, and if the changes are significant we will tell you by email or on the website before they take effect.
13. Contact and grievances
For privacy questions, requests or complaints, contact our Grievance Officer at hello@flirtlike.pro. We aim to respond to grievances within 30 days.
